Shift Lead
CurrentLead and manage team activities during assigned shifts by effectively delegating tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and assist in resolving service issues. Train and mentor new employees, while providing ongoing coaching to improve productivity. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Accurately handle transactions, prepare and reconcile daily financial reports, and quickly address operational challenges. Maintain clear communication with the team and management, keeping everyone informed of important updates and changes.
