Spent 6 months applying Digital Marketing and SEO for a Taiwan Tech Company. Helped to redo website, social media (linkedin) and EDM mailchimp. Installed Wordpress website, wrote 20+ blog articles and trained staff how to effectively write Brand Story marketing material. Increased website visitors from 6,000/month to 12,000/month over 8 months- sales are increasing proportionately as we expected - Digital Marketing Works!. So far we did this all organically with no paid advertising, but we are thinking Q3 to start Linkedin paid ads.

Fully deployed first OKR project to an entire company Q2 2024. There were bumps in the road as expected and predicted by OKR literature. The books said it would take 6 month to 1 year and there would be internal pushback. It did take almost 1 year and the biggest pushback came from a stubborn RD department. The teams are still developing their OKR skills and we probably need another 6 months before we can say OKR is truly embedded in the company culture.I just spent most of 2023 implementing OKR, Objectives and Key Results for a Taiwan Tech Company. OKR is a management methodology used by some of the world's most important companies: Intel, Google, Amazon, Netflix. I am using OKR to help this company move from a manufacturing/technology paradigm to a creative, free flowing, upwardly mobile business culture. We implemented 1st phase with sales and operations, and are deploying to entire organization in 2024.

I took time off during COVID to concentrate on Brand Management Consulting, in hopes to make some contributions to help build a better Taiwan. We now specialize in Brand Development and Management, assisting traditional manufacturing companies in finding and defining their own Brand Identity and Mission for the world to discover.

We eventually moved to IPO videos, perhaps being the first company to employ Brand Storytelling in Taiwan. We helped some of the largest Taiwan IPO companies tell their great stories to investors as they entered the Taiwan Stock Exchange.

After working in marketing for several Taiwan technology companies, I started C2Believe to help small-mid-sized Taiwan companies step up to the international stage, providing English copywriting services, user manual development, web and print advertising, and video services.
