You will see from my resume the responsibilities and deliverables achieved over the past 25 years, from building my own retail food business to developing new concepts and improving current concepts for corporates and publicly listed companies. My experience extends to project management projects, involving landlord negotiations, retail store and manufacturing facility fit outs, service contractors and health department relations, as well as board member communications.Nashi, which I was the founder back in 2002, was acquired by Caltex Australia in 2017. I formed part of the 8 member team which created The Foodary brand from inception. Following a three year earn out with Caltex/Ampol, I recently concluded an 18-month full time new product development contract with Starbucks Australia. This included a redesign of the point of sales counter and food displays to their existing stores. These changes will now be implemented into all new store builds moving forward. It is through my hands on approach that allows me to work through improvements and efficiencies within a business.Concurrently, I was head of food category, where I was able to maintain and improve the supply chain procedures and relationships. My time with Ampol, Starbucks and Tasty Fresh Food Co involved weekly interstate travel which I am well and truly accustomed to.I would confidently hit the ground running with any new role.https://www.seek.com.au/profile/sam-nash-NFgzXZX8dg
