Biography:From a young age, Sam was fascinated with real estate development and architecture, a passion that eventually led him to choose real estate as his profession. Today, as a successful agent in Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC, Sam offers honest, balanced, and educated support for every client---from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers. It is of paramount importance to Sam that his clients be as confident about each step in the sales process as they are with the end result. To give his clients the attentive service they require, Sam has learned to listen closely to what his clients need, and to offer specialized instruction to help them achieve their distinct goals. ​ Sam received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland in 2004. He entered the real estate industry after twelve years as a corporate executive working in the hospitality business, and was actively involved in running trainings for new and managing top talent across the United States, including an exciting overseas adventure in Dubai, where he worked to build restaurants alongside celebrity chefs José Andrés and Richard Sandoval. Sam gained invaluable leadership and problem-solving skills during those years, skills he puts to work for his clients every day as their trusted advisor. Above all, Sam treasures the relationships he cultivates with his clients, and works tirelessly to turn their dreams into reality. Together with his wife Shadia and their four wonderful children, Sam has lived in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area for the past 20 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods, and culture.
