I have been the LAM Manager for 8 to10 stores since 2009 and my job is to do the following:1) Develop a personalised annual overview LAM strategic plan for each store that supports the growth for customer count and/or average dollar sale, based on the Sales Forecast Review process undertaken.2) Analyse and review sales associated with LAM campaigns in all stores on a regular basis and provide feedback to Area and Store Managers on recommended areas of improvement to ensure the LAM campaign is successful. 3) Provide timely, easy read LAM campaign manuals with appropriate scripting as required, for Area Managers and Store Managers, ensuring all team members are communicated to by Store Managers on upcoming campaigns. So basically my job is to plan, collaborate, communicate, implement analyse, and oversee all marketing initiatives while ensuring successful results

I was the BP Co-Ordiantor to 10 stores and my major responsibilities were to:• Strategically Plan and Implement "Best Practice" methods and processes in piercing.• Ensure that my team were experts in what they did. That meant I had to recruit, develop, training and guide the team member to a level that was satisfactory to the expectations set.• Work with Head Office to ensure a larger scale of "best practice methods" were being met with all our piercing clinics in Australia.• To deal with suppliers and source the best quality at the best prices for our clients.
