I led a project to streamline the workflow of the Arranging Support Team, who source urgent social care placements for adults who are not safe at home. Although this was a temporary position, I got stuck in and made significant improvements to my team’s workflow, utilising and developing many of my soft skills and receiving huge praise from Devon’s AD of Social Care.

I planned and executed all web and digital marketing activities for Product Care's paint, lights, smoke alarms and household hazardous waste recycling programs. I grew the brand's digital presence massively and exceeded consumer awareness targets set by the Ministry of Environment. -Planning, executing and managing all digital communications for 20+ recycling programs. -Managing all website content for productcare.org, opeic.ca and electrorecycle.ca. Using Adobe Creative Suite to edit imagery and ad content in collaboration with our Graphic Designer.-Leading website redevelopment projects for both productcare.org and electrorecycle.ca in partnership with our dev agency. Developing and publishing all web content, following SEO and UX best practices. -Delivering regular performance presentations to the President and CFO to review digital comms activities and plan for future years.-Making strategic decisions based on web and digital ad data, and feedback from public and stakeholders.

I managed VisitBritain's e-commerce website, delivering a successful digital marketing strategy and creating inspirational, conversion-optimized content across channels including social, eCRM and web.-Managing all website content, laying out content pages using CSS and HTML, and training junior writers.-Implementing VisitBritain Shop's PPC and SEO strategy across 12 multilingual, international websites. Monitoring growth targets, running website tests, managing an external team of linguists and overseeing $800k paid search budget for all global markets in conjunction with our digital ad agency.-Developing and overseeing a content strategy to grow social reach. Writing and scheduling posts, and managing the brand's social presence to a multi-channel audience of 3.5 global followers. Sourcing images, editing photos and writing engaging copy for social posts and a monthly email newsletter.-Monitoring email campaign open rates, website activity and social media advertising statistics, analysing results in collaboration with the Digital Analyst.

In this fast paced and varied role as part of a tight-knit team, I wrote and edited successful copy for Groupon's most important sector.-Sub editing deal copy and training junior writers.-Daily email subject line optimisation and split testing. Groupon Goods consistently received the highest email open rates of any Groupon emails.-Supporting growth, developing house editorial style, and assisting with cross training.
