Job Duties:- Perform DFM / DRC on customer Printed Circuit Board data given base on in-house production requirement and restriction. To provide DFM / DRC change proposal on data to customer if changes are required in order to be able to manufacture by production line.- Go through customer drawing and specification given to ensure production line are able to meet this requirement and specification.- Data editing and generate production tools like NC program, Laser program, Photo tools for Printed Circuit Board etc for the production line.- Generate a 2D profile data for the Printed Circuit Board base on drawing given if no profile data is given by Customer.- Counter-check tools generate by other Cam Staff to achieve error free tools.- Lead DFM / DRC team and to train staff on DFM / DRC method and CAM system by preparing simple guidelines and step.- Assist in testing of new Cam system script/program and modify old scripts/program to incorporate new requirement.- Assist in daily Cam section operation such as tool issuing or ad hoc program updating per production requirement- Lead the DFM / DRC team and brief them on new requirement by both customer and production team.- Handle technical query via Email or phone call from both Customer and in house staff.
