I am responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of Force Protection, Physical Security, and Anti-terrorism requirements for the Provost Marshall Office (PMO) at the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary). Through the use of Staff Assisted Visits and Program Reviews, the PMO is responsible for reporting program deficiencies to U.S. Army Reserve Command. I am a subject matter expert on Military Police Operations, and provide guidance and council on Force Protection, Physical Security, and Anti-terrorism measures to senior leadership.

I chartered and completed a Six Sigma Project that aimed to improve tool life on Flywheel line by 425% while simultaneously working on reducing scrap costs with realized reduction of 42%. I introduced, championed, and drove the “Strengths Finder Assessment” to identify, develop, and engage employees to leverage their individual talent and skills, which is now part of plant on boarding. I have developed, coached, and mentored 7 employees to promotional roles outside my area of responsibility. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), the seventh-largest automaker in the world, designs, engineers, manufactures and sells passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, components and production systems worldwide.I managed the daily activities of 29 employees manufacturing and heat treating shafts, gears, and pinions. I ensured on time delivery of a broad range of parts to the assembly line for the W5A580 Transmission, a 5-speed transmission for the Chrysler 300, Jeep® Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango, Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger.

Responsible for responding to crisis by recommending and implementing policy in regards to Force Protection (FP) and Anti-Terrorism (AT) measures that mitigate hostile action against 5000+ soldiers. Provided council and daily updates to the 310th ESC Commanding General as a subject matter expert on all Military Police Functions, in addition to the capabilities, limitations, and status of base defense systems at Joint Base Balad. Acted as a liaison and built relationships with a multitude of different stake holders and working groups to ensure the successful draw down of support elements from Iraq.
