My main position within the company is to teach Powerboat Level 2 courses and Personal Watercraft Proficiency. Here I have the privilege of being able to use a variety of craft and meeting a diverse range of clientele.Along with teaching I spend 2 days a week taking care of maintenance and handovers on all vessels in the fleet. The fleet boasts over 10 RIBs, 6 yachts , 2 Motor cruisers and 3 PWCs. All vessels have different attributes in order to fulfil different roles within the market.

Advanced Powerboat Instructor commercially endorsed. Able to offer Intermediate and Advanced courses as well as own boat tutition.

Part time position of which I was headhunted for. Responsible for taking customers out on short trips around Southampton waters and the Solent.

Participated in a 14 month unpaid internship with Stormforce coaching where I learnedeverything from sailing, powerboating, instructing and boat maintenance. On a day to day basis I was responsible for looking after the general cleanliness of the centre and boat maintenance. I also taught RYA Powerboat Level 2 and Personal Watercraft courses. Poseidon Sports was a water sports company operating on a beach in the bay of Porto Heli. We taught both locals and holiday makers from beginners to advanced how to sail and windsurf in a safe environment. There was always a great atmosphere between the staff and the customers who always left with a smile and wanting to come back for more fun in the sun.

Working in the pipe shop fabricating, welding and brazing pipes to be fitted to naval ships being built in the dock. Everything was made to a very high standard and to certain specifications and was quality controlled before being fitted to the ships. NVQ2 Mechanical Engineering (2006)
