Reliable, versatile and customer-focused bartender at the Currumbin RSL. This role saw me work in a range of departments within the RSL, including the main bar, sports bar, functions and cellar. Although this role doesn't directly correlate with my future career aspirations it taught me valuable lessons and skills that I can incorporate into my life. I learned the important skill of multitasking while maintaining a high standard of work.Attention to detail is an integral part of working in a bar and making a wide-range of complex cocktails.Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, building strong relationships with regular customers and providing a warm welcome to new visitors.

Completed a project with the City of Gold Coast through a university-based internship. The project was a sustainability and facilities plan for several sporting codes on the Gold Coast, including AFL, Netball, Rugby and Athletics. The project involved collecting and analysing data from websites, regarding the field usage throughout multiple weeks. The aim of the Sustainability and Facilities plan was to determine if the every field was being used to its full potential and compare the numbers between each field on a given week.

This was my first job but I believe it played an important part in my professional development. It allowed me to showcase my reliability, people skills and efficiency. I have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and this is proven in the multiple customer compliments I received during my tenure at Foodworks.
