Currently managing and co-ordinating the Enteprise Adviser Network in Cheshire East. I have developed this network in order to influence senior leaders within education to conform to the latest careers strategy and statutory guidance for schools and their careers programme. These have have been created by central govertment on the back of the 'Good Career Guidance' report which is underpinned by the Gatsby Benchmarks. As part of this programme it is my duty to engage with a large nnumber of businesses from a variety of sectors in order to recruit volunteers who would act as business advisers to the schools and aid them in their strategic planning for career eductation, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG).
