I am an experienced teacher and education leader who is passionate about every child being in receipt of a world class education. I am firmly of the view that education should be holistic, ethically grounded, transformational and should be delivered to all without excuse or compromise. It is the right of everyone to expect to achieve well.Education should serve to build on the natural curiosity that is innate within us all at birth. As such, I strive to ensure my systems leadership focuses on children being engaged with their education, regardless of their background, lived experience or their world view, by ensuring they are at the centre of all our work. My experience to date has provided me with a rounded and continually developing view of what excellence in education looks like. I understand that I have to keep learning and being challenged in order to realise my own personal goals.
