Co-ordinating an Emergency Response to all serious emergencies and major first-aid incidents on site using this plan as a guide where appropriate.Taking a lead, and take advice where necessary, on any decision to Close the Site if necessary.Taking control or supporting staff with any Serious Customer Complaint.
