Movianto operate as the dedicated supply chain solution for Public Health England, managing the storage and distribution of all pharmaceutical and medicical products on their behalf. My role has been to operate as the IT Manager specifically working alongside PHE and the NHS to coordinate the system architecture and hardware solutions required to allow the seemless distribution of essential pharma products nationally.Since assuming the role I have had to play a central part in the solution design and management of the nationwide distribution of PPE products and the COVID-19 Vaccines across the United Kingdom as well as globally as part of the FCDO’s Vaccine Donation programme.The core aspects of my role include the following:- Solution Design to ensure our system architecture can accommodate the operational requirements in response to the pandemic- Management of a team of FTE and Contractor resources- Regular correspondence and reporting to senior figures at Public Health England and the NHS Supply Chain.- Budget management to ensure that all required spend to support the national pandemic response is fully accommodated for and justified.- KPI and SLA design, analysis and presentation, ensuring that the high performance standards required to suppose the pandemic response are visible and met.

The Commercial Solutions Analyst is responsible for assisting in the production of all internal and external commercial analysis, including tender responses, account management, business development and continuous process improvement.The Solutions Analyst will collaborate in a professional and constructive manner with a variety of work stream leads and internal departments, as well as liaison with onsite support contacts and Clients.The role tasks include: Identifying and optimizing opportunities or issues related to the strategic goals, providing definition, analysis, subject matter expertise, critical thinking, creative problem solving, process mapping, business-case development, performance measurement and testing for any activity related to a specific strategic goal.
