Line Management of a team of 4, working with key partners and stakeholders to help secure new and renewal business. The team and I were responsible for actively supporting and nurturing the relationship of 70+ external partners and stakeholders. Ensuring we communicated effectively and efficiently across all levels of the business.  Selected as the Subject Matter Expert for Sales to represent the department at company meetings. I was responsible for ensuring that any new product developments, service offerings or projects integrated smoothly with existing systems and processes.

• Responsible for the development of a new online wedding directory.• Testing and critiquing the new site prior to launch, alongside external I.T company.• Management of a large annual wedding exhibition at the ExCel in London.• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers on the phone and by email.• Development of own client base.• Identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting the principal features and benefits to negotiate and secure new business.• Working to and achieving set sales targets.
