Responsible for managing and delivering key initiatives of the Cyber Security uplift program of work within Transport’s Cyber Defence Portfolio. Championing cyber uplift in the Industrial automation Control Systems (IACS)/ Operational Technology (OT) space. Based within the Distribution Systems & Telecommunications ICT group, I am responsible for end-to-end delivery of all Property and ICT based projects, including project brief, analysis, Business Case ownership, approval and sponsorship, Stakeholder discussions and project execution and change management. Some key delivered projects include:• Delivery of Infrastructure, Networking and Telecommunication solution for a large new Depot in Ourimbah. Estimates, Design, Procurement, time and resource management with builder and property group, deployment and configuration of Cisco Routers & switches, Fibre patching, PSTN & IP Phones and Wireless AP’s. • Building Management System (BMS) design and deployment – delivered a Veolia (Trend) system hub and spoke design connecting various sites for centralised and remote monitoring. This included a new VM and architecture integrated within Ausgrid’s network.• Wireless system upgrade and WAP replacement project – Delivery of a multi stage project to upgrading Aruba wireless controllers, software and replacing 350 AP’s (AP-225, 205 and 105) for around 200 sites.• Secure Extranet Network delivery for Ausgrid’s outsourced Helpdesk. This extranet solution with dedicated MPLS for remote support of Ausgrid’s assets from Australian and Indian locations. This included Design (security & control) with secure entry points, network and router configuration for leased lines.• Delivered New Vodafone APN for IP Metering Project. Initially as a POC to replace aging analogue metering SIMs. Included APN design and deployment from our Data Centres across our network
