I am a cognitive psychologist and instructional designer, and have been using my deep knowledge of human cognition to design more effective and enjoyable online learning experiences for 10 years. My greatest strengths are my openness to feedback and desire to improve, and I have a talent for organization – whether that be the organization of information, visual elements, streams of productivity, or project phases.I am passionate about using evidence-based design to ensure equitable access to digital tools, which creates a better experience for all users.
