Ensure Sponsorship Key Performance Indicator consistently meet exceed the partnership standard.2. Ensure Child Management Standard is implemented in compliance with the partnership standard and in a manner of informing programming.3. Promote good understanding of sponsorship for transformation.4. Coordinate sponsor visits to take place in line with the partnership standard, required procedures and child protection policy of WVC.B) Child Protection Project Coordinator Responsibility;1. Butgeting, implementing, planing, and monitoring.2. work closely and cooperate with relevants local authorities and othet NGOs3. Organize annual workshop, forum events4. provide traning to community people, youth and children on child rigth, child protection, mechanism to protect and prevent community from all kinds of abuse.5. prepare monthly, semi and annual report to line managers.6. Host sponsor visit.C) Project Officer Responsibility;1. Capacity building to community child group and community-based organizations.2. Facilitates communities, CCs, CCWCs, CPCs- management committees in writing small project requests/proposal and implement in it effectively manner.3. Collaborate with concerning local authorities and concerning stakeholders to identify the gaps of CPS that not meet CPS minimum standard and facilitate for bring those target CPSs to it's standard.
