• Provide technical and engineering services to SWA customers.• Provide full sales support to existing SWA products. This involves regular contact and continues customervisits.• Development of New market share for the full range of SWA products. This may involve cold canvassingand the establishment of new customers.• Project Management of assigned projects• Management of customer Key Accounts• Liaising with Suppliers on possibilities, threats and upcoming opportunities in the Nigerian market.• Sales in the form of ‘Purchase Orders’ received are required as your main priority in the initial stages ofthis agreement and to reach the set out Sales Goals.• Tracking of orders and liaison with customers from placement of order to delivery.• Liaison with the customer on all Products and after Sales Services to ensure customer satisfaction• Lead the execution of technology strategies for the various Telecoms Platforms, partnerships, andcompany relationships in Nigeria.• Build and manage a technology team and oversee research and development, as well as projectmanagement projects in Nigeria.• Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community.• Anticipate and react to major technology changes in the Nigerian Market to ensure the maintenance ofcompany leadership in the competitive landscape.• Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and companyoperations.• Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may be amended from time to time as mutually agreedto ensure the success of the company.
