I have over 35 years of combined experience as an active-duty USAF Intelligence Officer and senior Defense Intelligence civilian, overseeing multi-billion dollar programs and projects. I managed the integration of the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) capabilities, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing across various defense entities. This includes spearheading major programs like Distributed Common Ground/Surface Systems (DCGS) and the RC-135 reconnaissance programs.As the Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for HQ USAF Intelligence, served as the strategic manager and integrator of USAF Intelligence information technology systems with Joint, National, and Intelligence Community systems.Developed a concept and initiated a first-of-kind proof of concept to display the Defense Security Services’ ability to perform predictive cyber analysis reporting in support of cleared defense contractors. Led DSS input for eventual White House response to Congress on foreign attempts to target U.S. technologies in cyberspace
