January 2011 until now: Progress Analyst on the Project Controls, Koniambo Projet budget USD$5,1 Billion • Work with the Project Controls team for the measurement of the Construction progress and preparation data analysis.• Responsible for preparing detailed weekly and monthly construction progress reports and presentations, including progress and performance.• Work in close cooperation with the engineering’s teams of the construction, the contract’s administration and the planning to analyze the accuracy of the reports, and to make them available within the shortest deadlines in order to correctly treat them to undertake actions aiming at good continuity and/or improvement of the production. • Enter all the weekly progress data into iPAS CP system (construction progress measurement system developed by Hatch). • Consolidate and prepare the weekly manhours report.• Calculation and analysis of construction productivity factor for the contractors.• Provide analysis of progress data, comparing variances to the area plan.• Monitoring progress and performance by commodity.• Update, file and distribute the reports and other key documents to the Project Controls team.• Covering and replacing the area Progress Engineers and Lead Progress Reporting Coordinator during their rotations.• Work in a completely Anglophone environment.
