I have taken ownership of my territory meaning that I run it like my own business. To do this I use a territory call/journey plan which incorporates cyclic calls promotional campaign visits. I drive sales, growth and business development across major banner groups within the petroleum and grocery industry.I do this by building strong relationships with my clients where I can. I find this assists me greatly in negotiation and presentation especially to secure agreed planograms and promotional compliance. I enjoy a challenge and draw motivation from delivering successful outcomes. I am commercially minded and use my knowledge of multiple industries to improve my understanding of retail and selling principles in order to achieve sales growth and profit growth in my territory.
