Sam Joined Metropolitan Express in 1999 with a proven track record in both Sales & Management, having held senior management positions with Val Morgan Cinema Advertising Agency, Easy Find Wall Planners Advertising Agency, Mayne Nickless’ MSS Security and Australia POST. Sam brings a business acumen, management style and structure to Metropolitan Express Transport Services and guides the company’s business plan and direction. Sam provides hands on leadership, mentoring, management assistance and clearly defined objectives for all within the organisation. This clarity of purpose has assisted in Metropolitan Express Transport Services growth and resulted in Metropolitan Express being awarded the 2012 Steel Logistics Safety & Environment Award and the Australian Freight Industry “Best Practice Award”, this follows our winning of the Steel Logistics and Environment Excellence Award in 2011.Sam’s drive and dedication has been instrumental in taking Metropolitan Express Transport Services from 3 million when he first joined the company in 1999 to a company that today is turning over in excess of $30 million and continues to show no signs of any easing up.Outside of the business environment Sam finds enough energy to be involved in a number of community activities that include being involved with the West Coast Eagles Football Club for the last 24 years.
