The Customer 360 Application will bring a 360-degree view of BA’s customers, provided to all agents in the Global Engagement Centers. This covers Customer preferences and accessibility, Case management, etc., The agents can handle a variety of customer requests from a variety of channels.• Designing of data model based on the entity relationships and choosing the best suited solutions with thorough study prior implementation.• Acting as first point of Contact and solely responsible for the defect free business deliverables.• End to end setup of Service cloud with Case inflows and its orchestration to automate the process without manual intervention of agents wherever possible.• Setup Email services(Web to Case, Email to Case, custom services), Case routing, knowledge articles, macros, chatter.• Setup of Omni channel(Queue/Skill based) and Chatbot to reduce human intervention. • Recommended new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform.• Assigning of tasks to the team based on their area of strength and help them on their blockers to make the deliverables on time with no compromise on the quality of the product.• Built complex custom screens containing series of steps in navigation's using LWC.• Implemented frameworks and followed apex best practices during custom developments.• Followed complete agile methodologies and used CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab for deployments.
