* Since the start of 2022 I’ve been working for Brighter Horizons Training. I am a qualified IQA and have been assessing, resource building and supporting the quality team. Since March 2024 I have been the Education and Quality lead. Before this I was 3.5 years with Hit training and 2 years with Learn Direct - assessing Early Years apprenticeships and delivering functional skills in English, Maths and ICT.* 8 years experience running my own childcare business.* High achievement rates and completions / meeting all KPIs and high quality control.* I have managerial experience as before this as I worked in the Finance industry (for over 16 years with Abbey National and Alliance and Leicester), as an award winning Branch manager and then as an Area manager for the Kent and Sussex mortgage adviser team.* I have qualifications including; CAVA assessor award, AET education and teaching, level 3 Early Years diploma, level 3 diploma in home based childcare, understanding Autism, Children's allergies, infection control, 5 O'levels ( including English and Maths ), 2 A'levels and I also have a diploma in sales and marketing, with a range of qualifications from the finance industry.
