I recently graduated from the University of Central Missouri in the spring of 2021. I graduated with a BSBA in Management. I am currently pursuing my MBA at UCM as well. My current job is customer service based in the golf industry. I work with customers daily to ensure they are satisfied with their experience. My job also includes schedule making and data entry. During my time at UCM I was involved with XB and IBE classes. I was the head of the control department in XB, which primarily dealt with data entry. In my IBE company, I was a member of the finance department where we dealt with incoming cash from sales as well as data entry and receipt keeping. These experiences have prepared me for my future career.
