-Providing local, regional and global technical support for NHS NDESP accredited screening applications-Assisting in remote implementation, configuration and testing -Training clients through face to face interaction and documentation during roll out of software upgrades-Documenting, tracking and monitoring all problem/resolution activity through a ticketing system-Excellent understanding of help desk operations including weekly reporting on SLA targets-Assisting Sales team with Pre and Post sale cycle -Motivated self-starter and able to work independently-Strong teamwork skills to maintain solid working relationships within and outside IT, to develop a results-oriented work environment

-Responsible for 2nd line support -Analysing customer queries, understanding the customer’s requirements and matching the capabilities of the software using creative and imaginative solution-Providing clients with training on solutions using various methods such as producing documentation guides, conferences calls and face to face training -Managing and assisting in bespoke client projects -Validating and reporting customer submitted bug reports-Assisting development and implementation staff in resolving product issues -Reviewing and preparing monthly/weekly support issues to improve SLA and service times -Liaising with business development managers to meet client’s requirements and specification

-Booking telephone appointments by cold and warm calling for potential new business.-Being the first point of contact for all new business enquiries into SecurStore and getting involved in the preliminary sales cycles-Support to senior management and enterprise teams for the delivery of sales proposals and bid review actions-Building and forming relationships with new prospects in the channel, carrier relationship and product development teams-Responsible for planning events, technical workshops and seminars to sell SecurStore services to new business prospects

-Lead generation for software companies such as Microsoft, IBM, and Symantec-Creating scripts for marketing campaigns to target key decisions makers -Taking raw data and creating a complete contact lead profile -Identifying the most appropriate decision maker (Director, CIO, VP, etc)
