As a Placements Officer at Buckinghamshire Council for the past three years, I have been dedicated to improving the lives of young people and children in the community I grew up in. My role involves matching children with the right placements, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being despite the challenging environment of limited placement availability nationally.I work closely with social workers, foster care providers, and residential homes to find supportive environments that promote positive outcomes.
