Within the Financial Services profession, I truly believe an individual, given the right environment and the right support, can develop in any direction they wish, both personally and professionally. I'm proud to offer this environment and support through my three main roles as a CII exam specialist, Consultant and Head of Mentoring.I am a CII exam specialist, who is responsible for authoring and maintaining current exam style questions for the CII. In addition to this, I take an active interest in training and coaching candidates through examinations, and am proud to say The Patterson Group is an industry leader in terms of CII revision resources, having sold over 71,000 sets of audio revision material over our 29 year history.I also act as a Consultant to a number of well recognised financial advisory firms and have been involved in numerous days on-the-job training. I believe the best resource available to a firm is its people, and I'm passionate about getting developing and coaching those within the financial services profession.I am also a Director and Head of Mentoring at The Paraplanner Club, a free mentoring scheme for paraplanners around the country who want to develop their career.
