Work with Sales and Specialist teams to ensure we provide world-class product delivery and support, drive successful marketing and social media campaigns, and mainstream John Deere technology offerings throughout our organization and customer base.

Provide expertise and support for the sale and use of John Deere Tillage and Nutrient Application equipment in various cropping systems. Work with Sales, Product Support, Parts, and Integrated Solutions Departments to sell and support tillage products to producers in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Lead product support activities for John Deere tillage and nutrient application equipment, which involves identifying and tracking field and manufacturing issues, as well as maintaining and publishing solutions for the Deere dealer channel. Product support activities are also maintained for John Deere self-propelled application tools.

Provide detailed technical support, as well as ongoing training events for the John Deere dealer channel and field personnel around the globe on John Deere tillage and application equipment. Identify, track, and publish solutions for existing and emerging issues reported both from the field and the factory.

Provide technical precision farming support for dealers and customers around the globe via telephone and e-mail. Attend and participate in ongoing training sessions to build and reinforce technical knowledge on all new and current AMS (Agricultural Management Solutions) products that John Deere supports.
