Provide tier 3 problem resolution for NIPRNET and SIPRNET DoD networks in support of operations in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Iraq in SWACC TNOSC. Systems supported include Windows 2003 & 2008, DNS, PKI, Active Directory, Exchange, SCOM, SCCM, DCHP and SQL on both P and V environments. Supported virtualization of existing infrastructure onto VMWare infrastructure with NETAPP SAN infrastructure, provision, configure and build Domain Controllers, file servers, network management servers and Exchange servers. Consulted with business owners to address LOB (Line of Business) concerns by leveraging available technology solutions. These solutions included Exchange upgrades, Small Business Server upgrades and SQL implementations. Provided daily support for several small businesses including support for Small Business Server 2003, 2008 and 2011. Managed Active Directory, file and print environment and terminal services, supported Exchange, provided support for LOB applications including Thomson Reuters Creative Solution products, MAS 200 and Quickbooks. Implemented and supported backup solutions with Symantec Backup Exec. Implemented and supported Anti-Virus solutions including McAfee Total Protection and Sophos Enterprise Edition. Implemented Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003, 2008 and 2011, Microsoft Windows 2003 and 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010. Designed, implemented and supported AD. Performed server migrations. Was responsible for projects to virtualize client server environments on both VMWare and Hyper-V. Provided consulting and support for a Terminal Services based infrastructure using thin clients.
