• Led a team of 2 to run the finance team supporting Connection Services made up of 2 commercial business units while representing function at Group and senior meetings.
• Improved CU assumptions and signoff rates for politically-sensitive price rises by providing analytical findings, performance reports and proposals; resulting in heightened gross margin performance across Connection.
• Led development of a job costing tool that controls costs, early notifications on overspending enabling lead engineers to implement corrective actions as soon as possible, increasing accountability and data to identify.

• Financial control duties spanned across month-end accounting, P&L review, budget development, forecasting, business opportunity modelling, investment case preparation, due diligence and recommending control actions.

• Initially recruited as a Management Accountant, was promoted in March 2012 to Financial Accountant to serve as member of the CHQ Finance team at the global HQ overseeing 25 of RB’s finance companies’ accounting duties.
• Created and implemented a system that enabled consolidated annual and quarterly planning and forecasting across all RB entities and finance companies; successfully rolled out and onboarded end-users for effective.
• Rewrote the RB Management Fee calculation and recharging system process with the tax department.
