UCSF Benioff Children’s Physicians (UBCP) is a multi-specialty physician foundation, and an associated clinically integrated network. Its primary goal is to foster physician collaboration to deliver the most advanced maternal and pediatric care throughout Northern California and beyond.

This is an mobile health application that would allow user to keep track of their asthma and medication used. So they can easily share this information with their physician. This may lead to better treatment options and improved health. This application will also allow the crown sourcing of all anonymized aggregate data to health asthma research.
