My current duties include customer service/satisfaction, problem solving, ensuring that all carriers affiliated with the company are abiding by what was agreed to in contracts, ensuring that bookings are being collected accordingly and deliveries are occuring by the system generated ETA's, running weekly DIFOT reports and working to resolve any issues. I am also in charge of making sure that all enquiries are being met and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

My duties at Toll Fast Distribution warehouse included, customer service, stock count, warehouse searches, locating proof of deliveries, dealing with customer escalations and ensuring the DIFOT (delivery in full, on time) report of the account I looked after was at the percentage required.
