In addition to serving in role as AVP, NA HRSS, assumed leadership of the North American deployment of Workday, a SAAS provider of HR systems including oversight of design and process requirement gathering, configuration testing, integration testing, change management.

As a member of a global organization, appointed to be a member of the US HR Leadership Team as the Senior Director of NA HR Operations for a newly merged Global Pharmaceuticals company. Includes operational responsibility for Human Capital Metrics, HRIS and LMS, HR Data Management, HR Policies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and HR Six-Sigma initiatives.

Named to oversee and project manage all merger-related HR integration activities. Planned, directed and ensured the successful integration of approximately 3500 employees impacted by the merger of Sanofi and Aventis.
