Working with the LTA to improve the accessibility of the tennis coaching pathway so people with a disability aren’t excluded. I also launched a Grant Scheme to support people with a disability to gain coaching qualifications and to start a career in tennis/coaching. - Completing a Project Management course which enables me to lead, manage and coordinate a vast number of projects and tasks at the same time and within tight deadlines.
