In 2020, TKXS was acquired by Telus and formed into Telus Agriculture. Responsibilities were focused on getting disparate teams to work together effectively.Key Accomplishments:• Helped found the Data Science practice at TKXS• Launched TKXS Market Data (a first of its kind market analysis of the Canada CPP Market)

Responsibilities were almost 100% managing. This included technical direction for the platforms, hiring, resource management, and problem solving. Also oversaw IT infrastructure (servers, hosting, security, compliance, etc).

Coordinating and directing development teams, but still hands on. Key Accomplishments include:• Primary architect of EZTrak and SPCexpress (POS-based market research platforms serving the Ag Chem and Turf/Ornamental markets)• Contributing architect of PowerSuite (Inventory and POS collection/cleaning/reporting system)• Effective zone defense with the other managers, tackling issues together as an effective team

Joined XS, Inc as a technical team lead. Was new to the area and new to agriculture data. We were a small company with 25 employees and we were all figuring it all out together. Platforms centered around data collection and reporting systems in US CPP Ag market.

Finding my sea legs. Started off not knowing much but quickly became technical team lead on several software projects. Team size was just 2-3 developers.Key Accomplishments during my tenure include:• Helped design ad-hoc web reporting application to support the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve• Primary design of AMStars (Association Management Statistical Tracking and Reporting System). • Data collection and reporting systems for the Programming and Budgeting Office of the US Army
