Part of a project team to relocate medical stores, rationalise stores held whilst maintaining support to Operational Areas and to switch to a single supply management system. I had responsibility for switching to a single supply management system and for relocating storage facility - both of which had time, budgetary and business constraints. All elements completed on time and in budget without impact to operation capability.

Working in Logistics I gained experience on a diverse range -medical spares to small arms to communications. I had responsibility for rationalising attributes within the supply managements system across all three service arms on a major project to cleanse data in preparation of new system roll out - utilising PRINCE 2 practices whilst also managing business change.
