I developed the consolidation system from, on my arrival, a stunted and delayed implementation, to a key and trusted tool for facilitating our sales process, from private equity owned, to the Merck Group, for 3.2BN USD (my 3rd privately owned to listed company transaction)This involved ensuring and developing accurate and detailed trial balance, cash flow movements and statistical accounts, for historical actuals, current budget and forecast, across our whole business. In turn, this enabled the Management team to consistently and confidently dissect our core data allowing fault free and reconcilable analysis to the consultants retained during our transaction, and the potential new owners.I have a flair and passion for developing consolidation and reporting systems with a focus on the requirements of the C-Suite and Senior management team, balanced with realistic and respectful expectations of the end users.
