Designed and deployed a small footprint highly available Exchange 2016 into Azure for specific insurance workloads and email integrations.As part of the company strategy towards the MS cloud solutions, I formed part of a team and became technical lead to migrate Mimecast email security into MS 365 Defender whilst still leveraging Mimecast archiving solution.Assisted in the roll out of MS Surface laptops leveraging Microsoft Managed Desktop and Intune as part of the company post pandemic hybrid ways of working. Introduced MS Teams Rooms/Surface Hubs across multiple sites to facilitate hybrid colleague video conferencing and collaboration. Act as a technical escalation point for all things MS 365 including email and security. Mentoring and upskilling helpdesk colleagues in MS 365 solutions being introduced.
