• Quality Assurance – quality check of all verbally agreed contracts to ensure accuracy of written contracts. Keeping up to date on current legislation requirements (EG: Data Protection) by attending appropriate training.
• Costing and comparison of Energy rates on a live matrix system.
• Compliance with all legislative requirements
• Audit trail to legally bind contractual agreements for the provision of energy services
