- Responsible for testing the effectiveness of nearly 50 controls, including mitigating controls, custom SAP reports, IT general controls, and financial reporting controls- Performed analysis of differences between internal/external controls and presented findings to the Audit managers and General Auditor to identify strategies that Internal Audit can follow in order to complete the alignment of controls- Created an on-boarding presentation for Guest Auditors (members of other business units within the company that temporarily switch to Internal Audit) and presented this to Guest Auditors- Developed an on-boarding manual for new-hires and interns to follow when starting in the company

- Oversaw the creation and execution of deliverables for two pro-bono consulting projects with a regional public transportation service- One project revolved around securing a quarter million dollars in yearly funding for a free circulator bus line and the other wasd a top to bottom comparison between the client and peer public transportation services around the country that will analyze potential opportunities available- Lead 8 total team members and communicating on a weekly basis with VP level representatives from the client

- Staffed the front desk of a residence hall and served as a resource for over 400 students - Tasked with duties crucial to the building’s everyday operations like answering phones, managing keys, and distributing mail or packages - Trained on proper steps of responding to emergencies of inclement weather, illness or injury, and other unique problems in a timely manner.

- Led a team of six undergraduate students in pro-bono consulting work for a consumer navigation and care coordination company with 15 years of data representing 750,000 members and $1.5 billion in claim dollars- Responsible for keeping team members focused on set deadlines in order to complete the semester long project- Acquired an understanding of SPSS Statistics and taught basic functions of data exploration within the software to previously unexposed team members

- Worked on a pro-bono consulting project with three other undergraduate students for a start-up Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing company- Determined the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s current standing and devised a plan towards addressing “lost-in-translation” issues that the client was currently facing- Researched current marketing streams and concluded that two different brochures, one for engineers with a high level of industry knowledge and another for less tech savvy business professionals would be most effective- Advertised for and interviewed candidates with graphic design skills necessary to complete the brochures - Performed opportunity analysis on UAM technology that included multiple reports on how Fabrisonic could potentially work with companies like Curtiss-Wright Corporation or Lockheed Martin that ultimately led to a 70 page document when combined with the work done by the rest of the team- Presented our recommendations to the client in a 15 minute deliverable that included (in addition to the brochures and industry research) Search Engine Optimization, website redesign, and a referral program
