I started work as a Customer Service Assistant at a co-op, where I improved my ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and prioritize customer needs. These experiences cultivated my problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset that I carry into every role.Transitioning into the educational sector, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant, focusing on supporting a child with autism. This role deepened my understanding of individualized support, patience, and adaptability. It also enhanced my ability to work closely with others to achieve meaningful outcomes—a critical skill in any team-oriented environment.Now, as I begin my Sales Degree Apprenticeship at CEVA Logistics, I am excited to expand my knowledge in business development and sales strategies. I’m passionate about applying my diverse background to contribute to dynamic business environments and am eager to see how my skills evolve as I begin to grow into the logistics and business development fields. Outside of my professional life, rugby has been a significant passion of mine. I've had the privilege of playing in many teams, including Shrewsbury, Worcester Warriors Academy, Shropshire, and the North Midlands. Rugby has taught me the value of leadership, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that I bring to both my personal and professional endeavors.
