Within my most recent role, it was my responsibility to adhere to and maintain health and safety regulations by implementing them within my team. I have experience in general building maintenance around offices and factories; as well as occasional site maintenance, domestic and healthcare properties. These duties have included general building and repairs, groundworks, roofing, painting, decorating, plastering, and plumbing work. I also have experience in garden projects, fencing and occasional landscaping. I have very good knowledge in brickwork, plastering, carpentry, groundworks and have a personal interest in property development and home improvements. I have a 100% satisfaction rate and always endeavour to meet the customer’s needs. It is very important to me that all my work is person centred, therefore I always plan prior to any job and/or project to ensure the work is complete in a cost and time efficient way. As per my experiences, it is very important to me, to maintain a clean and tidy workspace to ensure health and safety standards are met.
