I started working for BMW at the beginning of September 2021. This is apart of an apprenticeship as a Service Advisor. This is a customer facing role where I deal with many customers on a daily basis. As it is a fully customer facing role, it has allowed me to further my interpersonal skills and building on customer relationships with myself and the business, I have already learnt a great deal of knowledge in regards to building rapport and trusting relationships with customers. I am also learning about the products and services BMW offer, while also learning about the technical side to best assist the customer. I am also attending the BMW training academy to gain my 'Level 2 customer service' accreditation and to become a fully qualified Service Advisor.

In the beginning of March 2020, I was studying for my A-Levels at Sixth-Form. Due to the pandemic and the Sixth-Form closing. I began working at One Stop as a customer service assistant, whilst studying for my A-levels. This job further allowed me to build on my customer service skills and also allow me to build on my time management and organisational skills, due to also studying full time.

During the course of June 2019, I began working at 'Compass Catering' which manages the hospitality services at Goodwood events. This was a part time job where I worked at the events such as Festival of Speed, Qatar and the Owners Dinner as a hospitality staff member. Working there was a great experience and it gave me the opportunity to build on my interpersonal skills, with serving customers to working with many new colleagues.
