Offering 15 years’ post-qualification experience in Fitter and management roles, I began undertaking roles where project planning and solutions design have been key components of my mandate in 2010.In fact, at Northern Star Resources, I was initially hired to undertake a tradesperson’s role but rapidly grew my responsibilities to include planning continuous improvement, maintenance and repairs projects end-to-end, both across machinery and automated components, while completing my Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering I undertook a combined Fitter and Maintenance Project Coordinator role with Terra Harvest, harnessing my new skills in mechanical engineering design and innovative solutions development for real-world application. My career experience and further training have led me towards the role of maintenance manager at Terra Harvest and then followed by my current role at Cooee Cuisine as Engineering and Maintenance Manager
