I find great property investments & even greater investors.This all begins with a conversation. Along the way, we'll find the right investments together and uncover their personal aspirations and their reason "why'. I have a few people who have started as investors and have now become great friends and this is a very important aspect of my 'why'.I'm a driven and insightful investor who is passionate about growing relationships and dreams. From small investments to larger land developments, i've grown my skills in full-cycle and now invest in area's requiring specialist experience I have gained on my journey.When i'm not buying or selling houses I enjoy travelling with my wife and two children as well as being a sports fan, particularly football and golf. I am also constantly learning by way of books, audio books and podcasts. I feel as a person you never stop evolving.In recent times I have opened a renovation showroom which supplies and fits kitchens, bathrooms and all other aspects of domestic and commercial renovations using the skills and experience I have obtained through renovating multiple properties. I love selling houses and hate selling myself so here are five quick things about me and my work: 1) I have had various businesses in the past 12 years including a cafe, motor repair centre and two barber shops. Some of these I still retain an interest in so property has not always been a full time activity for me. In total i've undertaken 26 property investments to date with a gross profit in excess of £1,000,000. I also have 5 current investments in various stages with a projected gross profit of £1,500,0002) I am not a digital expert by any means. I've grown up in what I would call an in between era between 'old school' and 'digital era'. I deal with people every day from both of these era's and have respect for both. I think I am a good mix of two era's but would lean towards being old school and I say things as I see them3) In October 2019 me and my beautiful wife had a little girl born sleeping. I mention this on here because since that day my 'why' gained an extra reason. I would love to give something back to people in the same situation and this is funded purely by donations4) This is how I sum my job up, I help people fall in love with property investing. They get a great return on their investment, security on their investment and in most cases a lasting relationship as a friend5) I don't like to advertise this fact, but i'd do this job for free. Its my passion. Also, aside from property, i'm completely unemployable
