For those who know me, you'll know that I love systems, Ops Digital was born out of a passion for using systems and software to make entrepreneurs and agency owners more efficient.

Work across different functions of the store from customer service to Snow sports workshop. Manage the entire sales process, employee training requirements, visual merchandising, inventory management and administration. Key Achievements: • Awarded the monthly team ‘MVP’ award twice • Received a number of positive accolades from the Store Manager relating to my teamwork, communication and customer service• Exceeded all sales and revenue targets, selling a range of products valued between $1,000 to $10,000 on a daily basis• Improved the store’s efficiency and customer experience through effective visual merchanting (e.g., layout, product display, cleaning)

Worked as an English and Mathematics tutor for children and youth, from a preschool to end of high school level. This involved teaching of creative writing, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and typing skills in the English department, to high level algebra, statistics, and geometry in the Mathematics department.
