From experience I have learnt that clients should not be worried about speaking with their accountant nor should they see them once a year! Instead I enjoy a very relaxed rapport with clients and this definitely benefits both parties in ensuring they maximise the benefits available from an accountant. Over the years I have not only maintained clients accounts for the firms I have worked at but also looked to bring in new clients through networking and word of mouth from existing clients that have seen first hand the high level of services I have been providing.
