With 12+ years of healthcare experience, I am a seasoned nurse manager who has successfully led and supervised nursing teams in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Most recently, I worked as a nurse manager at BronxCare Health System, a 900-bed teaching hospital that serves one of the most diverse and underserved communities in New York City.My mission is to improve health outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction through evidence-based practices, innovative solutions, and collaborative teamwork. I have a strong background in treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as in staff development, mentoring, and coaching.
